Asked constantly
My door won't open at all. What now?+
Don't force it, and don't pull the red release cord while the door is up. Nine times out of ten it's a snapped spring — same-day fix, and we carry springs for every common door on the truck.
Why replace both springs when one broke?+
They were installed the same day with the same cycles on them. The survivor is weeks from failing — replacing it now saves a second service call at full price.
Can you match one damaged panel?+
Usually, yes — if the door line is still manufactured. If it isn't, we'll tell you straight and price both options: closest match or new door.
Do you do commercial doors?+
Rolling steel and sectional commercial doors, plus scheduled maintenance for shops that can't afford a stuck bay.
