Straight answers
Do I have to approve every repair?+
Yes — line by line, from your phone. Nothing gets replaced because it 'was about to go.' If we recommend it, the photo of why comes attached.
What if I decline the repair?+
You pay the diagnostic and drive away. No restocking fee on our opinion. Plenty of people take the write-up to another shop — some come back.
Do you work on European cars?+
German and Japanese makes daily, most others too. The exceptions: exotic engine-out jobs and anything a dealer warranty should be paying for.
How long do repairs take?+
Most single-system jobs are same-day if approved by noon. If a part has to come from off the mountain, you'll know before you approve.
