How fast can you get here in summer?+
Plan members are first in line — usually same-day. Everyone else: we publish honest windows, and June–September we staff for same-day on no-cool calls received before 2pm.
Do you charge to come out?+
The diagnostic is $79 and applies to the repair. If you approve the work, the trip effectively cost you nothing.
Repair or replace — how do you decide?+
If the repair costs more than a third of a new system and the unit is past 12 years, we show you both numbers and the break-even. You decide with the spreadsheet, not a sales pitch.
