Working with Irvine, CA businesses

Irvine was planned on paper. Buyers here expect the same of your website.

In a master-planned city of corporate campuses, a small firm's website is judged next to Edwards Lifesciences, Blizzard, and Western Digital — whether that is fair or not.

What makes Irvine different.

Irvine was drawn before it was built: William Pereira and Raymond Watson planned it for the Irvine Company in the 1960s as roughly 40 villages divided by six-lane arterials, and it incorporated in 1971. What grew is an economy of headquarters and campuses — UC Irvine with 18,373 employees, Blizzard Entertainment, Edwards Lifesciences, B. Braun, and Western Digital, with Rivian, In-N-Out, Taco Bell, and Kia's North American arm headquartered here too. The population is unusually educated and increasingly multilingual; the Asian American share rose from 18% in 1990 to 45% in 2020. A business here sells either to corporate buyers with high standards or to households that compare carefully, and often both.

What we see in this market

  • Technology, semiconductor, gaming, and medical-device companies — and the vendors who sell to them — where a weak site disqualifies you quietly.
  • Education and tutoring businesses serving families who research schools and programs with spreadsheet-level care.
  • Restaurants, clinics, and services across the villages and the Irvine Spectrum, competing for customers who read reviews in more than one language.

Businesses online

No one publishes a count of Irvine businesses with websites. The best figure is national: in Clutch's 2025 survey, 83% of US small businesses said they had a website — so roughly one in six still does not.

TeamAIOps

An AI SaaS platform we designed and built — product work held to the standard Irvine's corporate buyers apply to their own software.

AI employees for operations teams — a customer-service rep that answers in seconds, books the work, and reports what happened. Live on a client's site in under an hour.

The part we didn’t write

Clients say it better than we do.

What clients say — in their words

“Casey, the owner and developer, took the project and ran with it 100%. I gave him specific direction and he went well above the call of duty. Five star service all the way!”
“Wow! Casey rocked! The process was so easy, I told Casey what I wanted and he built it. My go-to with my online business, which has grown exponentially since working together.”
“First class all the way! From the prompt communication, being available seven days a week, to the nuts and bolts of getting our project completed on time and on budget — I highly recommend!”
“Simply amazing! They took our outdated website and transformed it into a modern, user-friendly platform that truly represents our brand.”
“They get it done. We had no idea where to start; they explained the build process and were patient with our many questions. All expectations and timelines were met. Double thumbs up!”
“Instrumental in driving our company growth through expert management of our Google and Microsoft Ads.”
“They helped us turn a loose idea into a working digital product — asked sharp questions, found the hidden workflow problems, and built a system our staff could use without a long training curve.”
“What stood out was the balance of design and operations. The site looked polished, but the real win was behind the scenes: better forms, cleaner handoffs, stronger tracking, fewer manual steps.”
“They made the technical side feel clear. We talked about goals first — then platforms, content, search, and automation.”

Questions we hear a lot.

Our competitors are funded startups. Can a small firm's site hold its own?

Yes, because buyers judge clarity and speed more than budget. A hand-built site that loads fast, explains the product in plain language, and makes the next step obvious will outperform an expensive one that does not. The portfolio is on this site to be judged first.

Do we need pages in more than one language?

If a real share of your customers search in another language, yes — as properly translated pages with their own URLs, which search engines can index. A translation widget bolted onto the corner of the page is not the same thing, and it does not rank.

We sell to medical-device companies. What do their buyers want to see?

Quality certifications, process detail, the standards you work to, and a contact path that reaches an engineer rather than a sales queue. Device companies are regulated businesses, so vague claims read as risk.
