I don't know what's wrong — just that the site is broken. Where do I start?
Skip the catalog and call. Describe what you see in plain English — 'white screen,' 'weird pharmacy links in Google,' 'nobody gets our emails' — and we'll translate it into a diagnosis the same day.
Do I need to know the error code?
No. Error codes help, but the symptom is enough. What you saw, when it started, and what changed around then — that's 90% of a diagnosis right there.
Is the diagnosis really free?
Looking is free; fixing is quoted flat before it starts. If we look and can't help, or the honest answer is that the fix isn't worth the money, you owe nothing and you'll hear it straight.
My developer disappeared. Can you take over a site you didn't build?
