Custom Web Applications

When off-the-shelf runs out of shelf. Real software, built for how your business actually works.

Off-the-shelf software fits everyone. That is the problem.

Somewhere in your business there is a spreadsheet doing a job no spreadsheet should do. It has forty tabs, one person who understands it, and a starring role in every process that matters. Off-the-shelf software promised to replace it and didn't, because off-the-shelf software is built for the average business — and nobody runs an average business.

A custom web application is software shaped to your actual workflow instead of a vendor's guess at it. A quoting engine that prices the way you price. A portal your customers actually log into. A dashboard that shows the number you check at 6 a.m., first, in large type.

We have built them for contractors chasing uncollected revenue, marketplaces running AI diligence on business listings, and platforms that track what AI models say about brands. Different problems, same discipline: find the workflow, build the tool, skip the bloat.

Built on boring, excellent technology.

The stack is React, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL — the same tools the largest product companies use, minus the committee. Strictly typed code so mistakes surface at build time instead of in front of your customers. A real database instead of a plugin pretending to be one.

One developer builds it end to end, which means no requirements lost in a handoff and no 'that's the back-end team's problem.' The person who designed the screen wrote the query behind it. When you call about either, that person answers. It's the full-stack promise, kept by construction.

Scope, quoted like an adult.

Custom software has a reputation for endless invoices, and it earned it honestly — hourly billing rewards the slow. We work the other way: a defined scope, a flat number, and a build plan you can read without a translator. If the scope needs to grow later, that's a new conversation with a new number, agreed before a line of it is written.

And if what you need already exists as good off-the-shelf software, we'll say so and save you the money. There is no glory in rebuilding a wheel that rolls fine. The custom build is for when the wheel doesn't exist — which, for the interesting businesses, is more often than you'd think.

How it works

Four steps. No mystery.

01

We listen first

You tell us about your shop, your best jobs, and your busy seasons. We learn your trade before we write a word or run a dollar.

02

We build the plan

A straight, honest plan with real timelines and real numbers. No jargon fog, no mystery line items.

03

We do the work

The person who built the plan does the work and answers your call. We ship, we measure, we show you what is moving the phone.

04

We tune and grow

Marketing is not set-and-forget. We cut what wastes money and pour more into what books jobs.
