Web design for Cave Creek, AZ

Cave Creek kept the hitching posts. Its websites don't have to look like 1870.

Visitors drive up for the Old West and then check their phones for hours, menus and ride times. The town's character sells the trip. The website has to close it.

What makes Cave Creek different.

Cave Creek is a town of about 5,000 people on 37.7 square miles of high Sonoran desert, settled in the 1870s, incorporated in 1986, and so committed to its image that the council adopted "Where the Wild West Lives" as the official motto in 2013. Its economy has two customers. One is the weekend visitor from Phoenix and Scottsdale who comes for the saloons, the galleries, and a ride at Spur Cross. The other is the resident: older, well-off, often working from home, and living on a desert lot that needs builders, landscapers, and pool and air-conditioning crews. A Cave Creek website usually has to serve both, and they want different things from it.

What we see in this market

  • Restaurants, saloons, and live-music venues that live on weekend traffic from the south and need hours, menus, and event nights right on a phone.
  • Equestrian and outdoor outfitters around Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area, whose eight trails carry hikers, mountain bikers, and riders.
  • Custom builders, landscapers, and home-service firms working on properties where the median owner-occupied home is valued at $906,100 (ACS 2020–2024).

Businesses online

A 2025 Clutch survey of U.S. small businesses found 83% now have a website, which still leaves about one in six without one. The number is national, not local. Locally, 95.7% of Cave Creek households have a broadband subscription (ACS 2020–2024), and the visitors who keep the town's restaurants busy arrive with phones in hand.

Coach T's Hit Lab

A booking platform we built for a former Major League hitter's training business: players book lessons and clinics online, and the roster and calendar run from one screen. Trail rides are a scheduling problem of the same shape.

A former Major Leaguer's training business, run from one screen — lessons booked, clinics filled, roster managed.

The part we didn’t write

Clients say it better than we do.

What clients say — in their words

“Casey, the owner and developer, took the project and ran with it 100%. I gave him specific direction and he went well above the call of duty. Five star service all the way!”
“Wow! Casey rocked! The process was so easy, I told Casey what I wanted and he built it. My go-to with my online business, which has grown exponentially since working together.”
“First class all the way! From the prompt communication, being available seven days a week, to the nuts and bolts of getting our project completed on time and on budget — I highly recommend!”
“Simply amazing! They took our outdated website and transformed it into a modern, user-friendly platform that truly represents our brand.”
“They get it done. We had no idea where to start; they explained the build process and were patient with our many questions. All expectations and timelines were met. Double thumbs up!”
“Instrumental in driving our company growth through expert management of our Google and Microsoft Ads.”
“They helped us turn a loose idea into a working digital product — asked sharp questions, found the hidden workflow problems, and built a system our staff could use without a long training curve.”
“What stood out was the balance of design and operations. The site looked polished, but the real win was behind the scenes: better forms, cleaner handoffs, stronger tracking, fewer manual steps.”
“They made the technical side feel clear. We talked about goals first — then platforms, content, search, and automation.”

Questions we hear a lot.

Day-trippers bring in most of our business. What should they see first?

Whether you're open, where you are, and what it costs, in that order, on a phone screen without scrolling. Someone deciding between two saloons from the passenger seat on Cave Creek Road won't read your history page first. Put it lower down, where the curious will find it.

Fire restrictions and monsoon storms close the trails. How do we keep customers informed?

With a closure notice you can post yourself in a minute, shown site-wide, and the same message pushed to your Google Business Profile. The town itself posts fire-danger levels and flash-flood watches. Your site should be able to say "closed today, here's how to rebook" just as quickly.

Is a town of 5,000 too small for search to matter?

Not here, because most of the people searching for Cave Creek don't live in it. They are planning a Saturday from somewhere else in the Valley. Pages that answer what a visitor plans around, such as rides, events, hours, and where you are, get found by a far larger audience than the town's population suggests.
