Website Repair

Your website is broken. Your phone knows it before you do.

A broken site doesn't announce itself. It just stops bringing in work, quietly, while everything looks fine from your chair. We find what broke, tell you plainly, and fix it — a flat quote before a dollar changes hands.

Site down or erroring

500s, white screens, database errors — the site is off and every visitor bounces off the wreck.

Hacked or infected

Spam pages in your search results, browser warnings, a host threatening suspension. Containable, and fixable.

Slow enough to lose jobs

Every extra second of load time quietly hands customers to the competitor who shows up faster.

Fell out of Google

Rankings that took years to earn, gone in a week. There is always a reason, and it can usually be found.

Forms gone quiet

The most expensive kind of broken: the site looks fine while your leads vanish into the void.

Plugin & theme wreckage

An update went out, and now the layout is modern art. We find the culprit and put the site back.

How repair works here

Diagnosis first. Quote second. Then, and only then, the work.

Most repair outfits bill by the hour, which gives them a curious incentive: the longer the mystery lasts, the better the month. We work the other way around. We look first, find the actual fault, and hand you one flat number. If the number doesn’t suit you, you walk away owing nothing and knowing more than you did.

The person doing the looking has been building and un-breaking websites since 1999 — WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify and Squarespace, and plenty of hand-coded sites whose original builders have long since changed careers. Broken code doesn’t care what year it was written. Neither do we.

And when a site genuinely isn’t worth saving — it happens — you’ll hear it from us first, with the arithmetic to prove it, and a look at what a proper rebuild costs. Patching a site that wants replacing is a subscription to disappointment, and we don’t sell subscriptions to disappointment.

Questions we hear a lot.

How much does website repair cost?

You get a flat quote before any work starts — after we look, not before. No hourly meter running while we hunt, and no surprise line items. If we look and can't help, you owe nothing.

How fast can you start?

Diagnosis usually starts the same business day you reach us. For a site that is fully down, see our emergency repair service — that work jumps the queue.

Do you repair sites you didn't build?

Constantly. Most repair work is on sites built by someone long gone — WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Squarespace, or hand-coded. We have been reading other people's code since 1999.

Will you tell me if the site isn't worth repairing?

Yes, and it happens. When a repair would cost more than it returns, we say so and show you what a rebuild costs instead. You decide with real numbers, not a sales pitch.

Do I lose my content during a repair?

No. We back up everything before touching anything, and we work on the live problem, not a teardown. Your content, images, and rankings are the point of the repair — not casualties of it.

What happens after the fix?

You get a plain-English summary of what broke, why, and what we changed. If the site keeps breaking, that is usually a platform problem — and we will tell you honestly when it's time to stop patching.

Tell us what broke.

Describe the symptom in plain English — we'll translate it into a diagnosis, a flat quote, and a fix. The developer answers, not a ticket queue.
