Working with Raleigh, NC businesses

Raleigh keeps adding neighbors, and every one of them searches first.

The city grew almost 7% in four years. New residents have no favorite plumber, dentist, or builder yet. They find one online.

What makes Raleigh different.

Raleigh is growing fast: it added about 31,900 residents between 2020 and 2024, a 6.8% jump, and it is the largest city in the Research Triangle. The state capital's employer list, per the city's 2025 financial report, starts with the State of North Carolina, the Wake County Public School System, WakeMed, Food Lion, and NC State University, with UNC Rex, Harris Teeter, and Duke Energy Progress close behind. Research Triangle Park, opened in 1959, keeps science and technology employers in the region, and health care and pharmaceutical companies have expanded here. The housing tells the growth story: Raleigh's median home was built around 1999, and about 56% of adults hold a bachelor's degree or higher. For a local business, that means customers who are new, educated, and comparing several options on a phone. There are no inherited loyalties in a subdivision that did not exist a decade ago. The business that is easiest to find and evaluate gets the call.

What we see in this market

  • Life sciences, pharmaceutical, and technology firms and the vendors that serve them across the Triangle.
  • Contractors and consultants selling to state agencies, the university, and the school system.
  • Builders and home services for new subdivisions filling up with people who just moved in.

Nationally, 83% of small businesses now have a website — which still leaves roughly one in six with none (Clutch small business survey, August 2025). No city-level figure exists; this is the national picture.

Cactus Valley Homes

A site for a luxury home builder, rebuilt for buyers who are new to the area and judging the builder online first.

A luxury custom home builder that has now outgrown two websites — a Wix template, then WordPress — rebuilt from scratch so the site finally carries itself the way the houses do.

The part we didn’t write

Clients say it better than we do.

What clients say — in their words

“Casey, the owner and developer, took the project and ran with it 100%. I gave him specific direction and he went well above the call of duty. Five star service all the way!”
“Wow! Casey rocked! The process was so easy, I told Casey what I wanted and he built it. My go-to with my online business, which has grown exponentially since working together.”
“First class all the way! From the prompt communication, being available seven days a week, to the nuts and bolts of getting our project completed on time and on budget — I highly recommend!”
“Simply amazing! They took our outdated website and transformed it into a modern, user-friendly platform that truly represents our brand.”
“They get it done. We had no idea where to start; they explained the build process and were patient with our many questions. All expectations and timelines were met. Double thumbs up!”
“Instrumental in driving our company growth through expert management of our Google and Microsoft Ads.”
“They helped us turn a loose idea into a working digital product — asked sharp questions, found the hidden workflow problems, and built a system our staff could use without a long training curve.”
“What stood out was the balance of design and operations. The site looked polished, but the real win was behind the scenes: better forms, cleaner handoffs, stronger tracking, fewer manual steps.”
“They made the technical side feel clear. We talked about goals first — then platforms, content, search, and automation.”

Questions we hear a lot.

We're a homebuilder. What do Raleigh buyers want from our site?

Floor plans, communities, real price ranges, what is standard versus an upgrade, and how to schedule a visit. Buyers relocating to the Triangle often shortlist builders before they ever arrive, so the site does the first walkthrough.

How do we reach people who just moved to Raleigh?

Be specific in search: services plus neighborhood and suburb names, a strong Google Business Profile, and recent reviews. Newcomers have no referrals yet, so the map results and your site carry the whole decision.

Do you serve Cary, Durham, and the rest of the Triangle?

Yes. Many Raleigh businesses work the whole Triangle, and service-area pages should say plainly where you go and what differs about the work in each place.
