Working with Louisville, KY businesses
Louisville ships the world's packages and pours a third of its bourbon.
UPS runs its global air hub here, Humana runs its headquarters here, and every May the whole country tunes in for two minutes of horse racing.
What makes Louisville different.
Louisville's economy is unusually concentrated and unusually physical. UPS is the largest employer by a wide margin — more than 26,000 people, according to the city's financial report — because its Worldport air hub sits at the airport, and Ford, GE Appliances, Norton Healthcare, UofL Health, Baptist Health, and Humana fill out the top ten. About one-third of all bourbon whiskey comes from Louisville, and Brown-Forman is headquartered here. Then there is May: the Kentucky Derby Festival opens with Thunder Over Louisville, billed as North America's largest annual fireworks display, and ends on the first Saturday of the month at Churchill Downs. For web work, that means three distinct briefs. Logistics and manufacturing suppliers need sites that a plant manager or freight buyer can scan for capacity and certifications. Distilleries, bars, and hotels need booking and event pages that hold up when the city fills. And a city of about 640,000 people with homes built, on median, around 1970 keeps contractors busy year-round.
What we see in this market
- Logistics, warehousing, and freight businesses orbiting UPS Worldport and the region's distribution centers.
- Bourbon tourism, restaurants, and hotels that live on Derby week and the Urban Bourbon Trail.
- Health care and insurance — Norton, UofL Health, Baptist Health, Humana — plus the vendors that serve them.

A professional web presence for a full-time auditing firm — inventory services for convenience stores, liquor stores, and warehouses, sold with the credibility the work deserves.
The part we didn’t write
Clients say it better than we do.
What clients say — in their words
“Casey, the owner and developer, took the project and ran with it 100%. I gave him specific direction and he went well above the call of duty. Five star service all the way!”
“Wow! Casey rocked! The process was so easy, I told Casey what I wanted and he built it. My go-to with my online business, which has grown exponentially since working together.”
“First class all the way! From the prompt communication, being available seven days a week, to the nuts and bolts of getting our project completed on time and on budget — I highly recommend!”
“Simply amazing! They took our outdated website and transformed it into a modern, user-friendly platform that truly represents our brand.”
“They get it done. We had no idea where to start; they explained the build process and were patient with our many questions. All expectations and timelines were met. Double thumbs up!”
“Instrumental in driving our company growth through expert management of our Google and Microsoft Ads.”
“They helped us turn a loose idea into a working digital product — asked sharp questions, found the hidden workflow problems, and built a system our staff could use without a long training curve.”
“What stood out was the balance of design and operations. The site looked polished, but the real win was behind the scenes: better forms, cleaner handoffs, stronger tracking, fewer manual steps.”
“They made the technical side feel clear. We talked about goals first — then platforms, content, search, and automation.”

Questions we hear a lot.
Our distillery tour sells out during Derby week. Can the site take bookings directly?
Yes. Every package includes online booking, and tour slots, tastings, and private events can all be sold from the site with confirmation emails and reminders. The point is to stop answering the same availability question by phone in April.
We're a freight broker near the airport. What should our site do beyond list services?
Quote requests that capture lanes, weights, and dates; a shipment status lookup; and document upload. Those three features remove most of the routine calls a brokerage handles, and they can connect to the system you already use.
Do you serve businesses on the Indiana side of the river?
Yes. Jeffersonville, Clarksville, and New Albany businesses are part of the same market, and service pages should name both sides of the Ohio where you genuinely work.
