Working with Miami, FL businesses
Miami does business in two languages and three time zones. Most websites manage one.
More than half of Miami's residents were born outside the United States. Your customers may be in Little Havana, Brickell or Bogotá, and the site has to work for all of them.
What makes Miami different.
Miami is the rare American city where the foreign-born are the majority: 56.9% of residents in the Census Bureau's 2024 survey. Downtown and Brickell hold one of the largest concentrations of international banks in the country, PortMiami is the busiest cruise port in the world, and more than 1,400 multinational firms keep offices here. The population grew about 10% between 2020 and 2024. Add a hurricane season that runs six months and a business base where 70% of Miami-Dade establishments employ fewer than five people, and you get a market of small, fast-moving firms selling to an international audience. A website here needs real bilingual content, contact options beyond a lonely form, and hosting that stays up when the power does not.
What we see in this market
- International trade, banking and logistics firms whose clients sit in Latin America as often as in Florida.
- Hospitality, real estate and condo-market businesses in a city where two-thirds of households rent.
- Micro-businesses: in Miami-Dade, seven of every ten employer establishments have fewer than five employees.

Work, not promises
Something we actually built.

Blue Water Shipping
A maritime operations platform we built for a shipping business, the kind of software a port city's freight and logistics firms run on.
Port maps, pilot sheets, weather, and live vessel tracking — one working screen for a Gulf Coast ship agency.
The part we didn’t write
Clients say it better than we do.
What clients say — in their words
“Casey, the owner and developer, took the project and ran with it 100%. I gave him specific direction and he went well above the call of duty. Five star service all the way!”
“Wow! Casey rocked! The process was so easy, I told Casey what I wanted and he built it. My go-to with my online business, which has grown exponentially since working together.”
“First class all the way! From the prompt communication, being available seven days a week, to the nuts and bolts of getting our project completed on time and on budget — I highly recommend!”
“Simply amazing! They took our outdated website and transformed it into a modern, user-friendly platform that truly represents our brand.”
“They get it done. We had no idea where to start; they explained the build process and were patient with our many questions. All expectations and timelines were met. Double thumbs up!”
“Instrumental in driving our company growth through expert management of our Google and Microsoft Ads.”
“They helped us turn a loose idea into a working digital product — asked sharp questions, found the hidden workflow problems, and built a system our staff could use without a long training curve.”
“What stood out was the balance of design and operations. The site looked polished, but the real win was behind the scenes: better forms, cleaner handoffs, stronger tracking, fewer manual steps.”
“They made the technical side feel clear. We talked about goals first — then platforms, content, search, and automation.”

Questions we hear a lot.
Can you build our site in both English and Spanish?
Yes. We build real bilingual sites with separate, properly tagged pages for each language, so search engines serve the right version. Machine translation can be a starting draft, but it should be reviewed by a fluent speaker before it goes live. Ideally that is someone on your team who knows how your customers talk.
What happens to our website during a hurricane?
If it is hosted on a modern cloud platform, nothing. The site lives on servers outside the storm's path. What matters is that you can update it from a phone to post closures, reopenings or emergency service hours, and we set that up from the start.
We sell to customers in Latin America. Can the site handle that?
Yes. That can mean multiple languages, prices in more than one currency, contact options customers abroad actually use, and pages that load quickly on slower mobile connections. We scope it to your actual markets rather than adding every option by default.
