Working with North Las Vegas, NV businesses

North Las Vegas adds a small town every year. Those people need a contractor.

The city gained about 34,600 residents between 2020 and 2024 — the fourth-fastest growth among America's 100 largest cities — and every new rooftop is a customer with no favorite business yet.

What makes North Las Vegas different.

North Las Vegas grew 13.3% from April 2020 to July 2024 by the Census Bureau's estimates, fourth-fastest among the 100 largest US cities, after growing 87.9% in the 2000s and annexing about 60 square miles of desert in the 1990s. The jobs followed the houses: Amazon opened an 850,000-square-foot fulfillment center here in 2019, Sephora a 715,000-square-foot distribution center the same year, and the Apex Industrial Park is now inside city limits. Master-planned communities such as Aliante and Eldorado are part of the city. In a market like this, the customer has usually just moved in, has never heard of you, and is searching on a phone between unpacking boxes.

What we see in this market

  • HVAC, pool, solar, landscaping, and other trades serving new homes in the Mojave Desert heat.
  • Suppliers, contractors, and service firms supporting the distribution centers and the Apex Industrial Park.
  • Restaurants, clinics, and everyday services in fast-growing neighborhoods that did not exist twenty years ago.

Businesses online

No one publishes a count of North Las Vegas businesses with websites. The best figure is national: in Clutch's 2025 survey, 83% of US small businesses said they had a website — so roughly one in six still does not.

Bleuwave HVAC

An HVAC company's site we rebuilt end to end in the Phoenix Valley — the other desert metro where summer decides the year.

A WordPress site rebuilt on Next.js — a same-day HVAC operation with an instant-estimate engine, 0% financing flow, and 40+ service pages, built to load fast and book jobs around the clock.

The part we didn’t write

Clients say it better than we do.

What clients say — in their words

“Casey, the owner and developer, took the project and ran with it 100%. I gave him specific direction and he went well above the call of duty. Five star service all the way!”
“Wow! Casey rocked! The process was so easy, I told Casey what I wanted and he built it. My go-to with my online business, which has grown exponentially since working together.”
“First class all the way! From the prompt communication, being available seven days a week, to the nuts and bolts of getting our project completed on time and on budget — I highly recommend!”
“Simply amazing! They took our outdated website and transformed it into a modern, user-friendly platform that truly represents our brand.”
“They get it done. We had no idea where to start; they explained the build process and were patient with our many questions. All expectations and timelines were met. Double thumbs up!”
“Instrumental in driving our company growth through expert management of our Google and Microsoft Ads.”
“They helped us turn a loose idea into a working digital product — asked sharp questions, found the hidden workflow problems, and built a system our staff could use without a long training curve.”
“What stood out was the balance of design and operations. The site looked polished, but the real win was behind the scenes: better forms, cleaner handoffs, stronger tracking, fewer manual steps.”
“They made the technical side feel clear. We talked about goals first — then platforms, content, search, and automation.”

Questions we hear a lot.

New neighborhoods keep opening. How do we reach people who just moved in?

Be the business that shows up complete when they search: a full Google Business Profile, recent reviews, and a site that answers price and scheduling questions on the first screen. New residents have no loyalty yet, and the first good experience tends to become the habit.

Should we target North Las Vegas separately from Las Vegas?

Yes. It is a separate city with its own name in people's searches, and a page that speaks to North Las Vegas specifically — neighborhoods, service times, the work you do there — reaches those customers better than a generic 'Las Vegas area' line.

We're a small contractor. What is the smallest setup that works?

A build from $1,500 for up to ten pages, with online booking and lead capture included, plus a properly set-up Google Business Profile. If you already have a site and only something is broken, flat-priced repairs start at $149.
