ServiceTitan Website Integration
Website leads and bookings that land in ServiceTitan on their own. No retyping, no lost forms.
Your website and ServiceTitan shouldn't need a person in between.
Here's how it usually works now. A homeowner fills out the form on your website. The form sends an email. Somebody in the office reads the email, opens ServiceTitan, and types the name, phone, address, and problem in by hand, usually while the phones are ringing. Online bookings land in a separate inbox and get the same treatment.
Every retyped lead is a chance to swap two digits in a phone number, lose track of which campaign sent the customer, or book a slot that's already taken. Every lead that arrives at 9 p.m. waits until morning. The office isn't careless. The process is just built to fail now and then.
A ServiceTitan website integration takes the person out of the middle. The form, the estimate tool, or the booking widget sends the request straight into ServiceTitan, with the source attached. Your CSRs confirm and dispatch. They stop transcribing.
How it works, and which parts ServiceTitan controls
ServiceTitan offers APIs through its developer portal. According to its help center, the setup goes like this. Your ServiceTitan admin requests an integration environment, connects the app under Settings, Integrations, API Application Access, and generates a client ID and secret to share with the developer. The current APIs authenticate machine to machine, which means no person's login is ever involved.
For a contractor already on ServiceTitan, that integration environment is a clone of the production system and its data. We build and test there, against something that looks exactly like your real setup, before anything touches the live system.
The credentials stay on the server, never in the website's code where a visitor could read them. Ask your admin to share them through a secure channel, not a plain email. And remember who holds the keys: the connection exists because your admin approved it.
Exactly which records the integration creates depends on the permissions your admin grants and how your office likes to work. In our judgment, the safest pattern for most shops is to send website requests in as bookings a CSR confirms, rather than letting the website dispatch trucks on its own.
ServiceTitan also sells add-on products of its own. If one of them already does what you need, it may be the simpler choice, and we'll say so. A custom integration earns its keep when the website's forms, estimate tools, or booking flow are custom too, or when you want the data arriving shaped the way your office works.
What's included
A field map. Before writing code, we sit down with whoever runs your office and agree on what each website field becomes in ServiceTitan: the customer, the location, the job type, the business unit, and the campaign.
Source tracking that survives the trip. The ad, search, or page that produced the lead travels with it, so the marketing report in ServiceTitan can tell you which channel booked the job. It pairs naturally with conversion tracking on the website side.
Failure handling. APIs have bad days. If ServiceTitan can't be reached, the lead is stored, retried, and emailed to the office as a fallback, so nothing is lost while two systems sort out their differences. This is the same discipline as our general API integration work.
Testing, cutover, and plain documentation of what was built, which credentials it uses, and how to turn it off.
The flows we typically connect
The contact form. The simplest and often the most valuable. Name, phone, address, and the customer's description of the problem arrive in ServiceTitan as a request for the office to confirm, with the page and campaign attached.
The estimate tool. If your site offers an instant estimate, the answers the customer gave, such as system age, square footage, or the symptom they picked, travel with the request. Your CSR then calls back already knowing the job, instead of asking the customer to repeat everything.
Online booking. A customer picks a window on the website, and the request lands in ServiceTitan instead of a separate calendar the office has to reconcile by hand.
After-hours calls. If an AI receptionist answers at night, what it gathered can be delivered the same way, so the morning starts with a list of booking requests instead of a pile of voicemails.
From you, we need an admin who can approve the app and grant permissions, a list of the job types, business units, and campaigns you want leads sorted into, and an hour with whoever runs dispatch. They know which details save a callback and which just clutter the screen.
What it costs
A ServiceTitan integration for an existing site falls under our web app, portal and integration work, which starts from $575***. The price depends on how many forms and flows connect and how much logic sits between them. In our experience, most of the effort goes into the mapping and the testing, not the code. Getting a job type wrong is the kind of mistake that quietly misroutes leads for months, so it gets the time.
If you're getting a new website anyway, there's a better deal. Every website package includes one custom third-party API integration, and ServiceTitan can be that one. Your ServiceTitan subscription stays between you and ServiceTitan, and we don't resell it. ***Pricing depends on complexity.
Honest about the track record
Mesa Web Designers is an independent developer. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by ServiceTitan, and we build on the access its developer program makes available to its customers.
Here's what the portfolio shows. The stack for Bleuwave HVAC lists ServiceTitan alongside Next.js and PostgreSQL, and so does the Bleuwave parent-brand hub. HomeService WebApp, a revenue-recovery application that tracks contractors' outstanding estimates, is built on PHP, MySQL, Stripe, and the ServiceTitan API. HVAC Web Designer integrates with field software, ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro among them.
We describe those projects by what was built. We don't quote numbers for them that we can't show you.
Before work starts, you'll get the list of ServiceTitan permissions the integration needs, in writing, so your admin approves exactly that and nothing more. A website that only creates booking requests has no business reading your invoices.
Who it's not for
If you're not on ServiceTitan, this page isn't your page. We connect websites to other field-service and CRM tools through general API integration.
If what you need is ServiceTitan itself configured, such as the pricebook, the workflows, or the reports, that's ServiceTitan's onboarding team or a ServiceTitan consultant. We work on the website side of the connection.
And if your admin can't or won't grant API access, there's no workaround we'd recommend. We don't scrape, and we don't log in as your staff.
Want information flowing the other way too, like job status showing up on a customer portal? That depends on the permissions available and is a larger project than sending leads in. We'll scope it separately rather than tuck it into a lead-form quote.
It fits best for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shops already running ServiceTitan. Further reading: connecting your website to ServiceTitan and tracking calls, forms, and booked jobs. For the work around the integration, see workflow automation.

“Wow! Casey rocked! The process was so easy, I told Casey what I wanted and he built it. My go-to with my online business, which has grown exponentially since working together.”
“First class all the way! From the prompt communication, being available seven days a week, to the nuts and bolts of getting our project completed on time and on budget — I highly recommend!”
“Simply amazing! They took our outdated website and transformed it into a modern, user-friendly platform that truly represents our brand.”
“They get it done. We had no idea where to start; they explained the build process and were patient with our many questions. All expectations and timelines were met. Double thumbs up!”

“They helped us turn a loose idea into a working digital product — asked sharp questions, found the hidden workflow problems, and built a system our staff could use without a long training curve.”
“What stood out was the balance of design and operations. The site looked polished, but the real win was behind the scenes: better forms, cleaner handoffs, stronger tracking, fewer manual steps.”

ServiceTitan Website Integration: questions we hear a lot.
Can my website send leads directly into ServiceTitan?
Yes, through ServiceTitan's official API, once your ServiceTitan admin connects the integration and grants the needed permissions. Form submissions, estimate requests, and online bookings can arrive in ServiceTitan with the customer's details and lead source attached, ready for your office to confirm.
How much does a ServiceTitan integration cost?
On an existing site, it falls under our integration work, which starts from $575, depending on how many forms and flows connect. If you're getting a new website, every package includes one custom third-party API integration, and ServiceTitan can be that one. Your ServiceTitan subscription stays between you and ServiceTitan.
What do you need from us to get started?
An admin who can request an integration environment, connect the app, and generate the API credentials, plus a list of the job types, business units, and campaigns you want leads sorted into. An hour with whoever runs dispatch helps too. Credentials should be shared through a secure channel, never by plain email.
Will testing affect our live ServiceTitan data?
Testing happens first in ServiceTitan's integration environment, which for existing customers is a clone of the production system. We confirm every flow works there before connecting to your live account, and the cutover is planned with your office so nothing surprises the CSRs.
Are you a ServiceTitan partner?
No. Mesa Web Designers is an independent developer, not affiliated with or endorsed by ServiceTitan. We build using the API access ServiceTitan provides to its customers, with your admin approving the connection. ServiceTitan configuration itself, like pricebooks and workflows, is a job for ServiceTitan or one of its consultants.
