Leak Detection

Precision Leak Detection

A WordPress leak-detection site rebuilt on Next.js — built around the one promise a homeowner with water under the slab wants to hear: found today, marked to the spot, and written down.

Water rarely surfaces where it escapes, and a leak-detection website has the same problem: the thing the customer needs is buried under a great deal of noise. The rebuild strips it back to a method. Listen, look, find, show — four steps in an order that never changes, ending in a written report with photographs and the name of a plumber the company trusts. That last detail is the real differentiator, and the site says it plainly: they locate, they document, and they do not sell the repair. Three doors split residential, commercial, and emergency work; the instruments get their own pages, and so do the three kinds of pipe that cause most of the trouble in the Valley. The water-waste figures are the EPA's, cited as such, because a scare statistic without a source is only a scare.

  • Leads with the promise that matters — found today, marked to the spot, documented in writing
  • A four-step method that shows exactly what a visit involves before anyone books one
  • Says outright that the company locates and refers rather than selling the repair — its sharpest point of trust
  • Water-waste figures sourced to the EPA on the page, not passed off as the company's own
