Whole-Home Remodeling — six Valley houses
A campaign page built for one search intent, one offer, and one action.
Next.js · TypeScript · PostgreSQL
Twelve trades, one house, and a general contractor with no authority over anybody's calendar. That is how most whole-home remodels are built, and it is why so many of them run late. This page makes the opposite case, and it starts from the house rather than the project: a 1950s block ranch wants its walls opened, a Haver wants its walls respected, a 2000s two-story wants its formal rooms back. Pick the one closest to yours and the page describes the honest version of the job, then promises a written schedule with dates on it before anything is signed.
- Six Valley house types, each with the remodel that suits its era
- A written schedule with dates attached before signing — twelve to twenty weeks, stated plainly
- Structural engineering and permits priced as their own lines, with no contingency hidden inside
- One crew from demolition to punch list, so there are no handoffs to fail

Each one aimed at a single search intent rather than trying to serve them all — which is what makes a campaign page outperform a homepage.

Campaigns deserve better than the homepage.
Every dollar you send to a general page asks the visitor to find their own way. A page built for the ad they clicked does the opposite.
