Kadence repair

Kadence gave you real design control. Let's give you back a working site.

Global colors that stopped applying, a drag-and-drop header in pieces, Kadence Blocks quarreling with the block editor after an update — Kadence's power lives in a few specific systems, and so do its breakdowns.

Flat quote in writing before any work starts.

The systems that make Kadence — and break it.

Kadence's appeal is native power: a drag-and-drop header builder, global colors and typography flowing through everything, and Kadence Blocks extending the WordPress editor itself instead of bolting a foreign builder on. Each system is also a failure surface. The header builder inherits the same fault line as every visual header tool — elements misplacing, mobile variants misbehaving, sticky logic breaking after updates. Globals not applying is Kadence's version of the stale-CSS ailment: palette or typography changes saved but not delivered, usually a cache or a partial palette migration.

Kadence Blocks failures are the distinctive ones: because the blocks live inside the editor, a version mismatch between WordPress core, the Blocks plugin, and the theme can break editing itself — blocks showing as 'invalid' or refusing to render. That's not content loss; it's a version handshake failing, and it's methodically repairable.

Repairs in Kadence's own grammar.

Header rescues restore the built header — rows, elements, mobile variant, sticky behavior — rather than resetting to defaults and calling it fixed. Global repairs re-link the palette and typography so one change flows everywhere again, and clear the delivery path that was eating updates. 'Invalid block' recoveries resync the version triangle and recover block content from revisions where a bad save landed.

The lightweight-theme ethos holds here too: Kadence sites are fast by nature, and repairs stay in settings and structure rather than piling on patch plugins. If something you've added is fighting the theme — a second block library, a redundant optimizer — the exit note says so plainly.

Same week, honestly bounded.

Most Kadence repairs are same-day diagnoses and land inside the week — the title's promise, kept as a norm rather than sworn as an oath. What can stretch it: damage tangled with a half-migrated site or a stack of expired licenses, and you'll know that at the quote, not after. As with every bench here: flat quote in writing first, and if we look and can't help, you owe nothing.

The Kadence failure catalog.

Its power systems, its fault lines — each with a native-grammar fix.

Header builder breakage

Rows, elements, sticky and mobile variants — restored as built, not reset.

Globals not applying

Palette and typography changes stuck in transit — delivery fixed for good.

“Invalid block” errors

The core/Blocks/theme handshake resynced; content recovered from revisions.

Kadence Blocks conflicts

Blocks vs. other editor extensions — isolated and refereed.

Update damage

The update that broke header, globals, or editor — unwound and re-applied safely.

Kept lean

Repairs in settings and structure — no patch-plugin pileup.

Single Error Fix — buy it now, skip the hunt.

One error, hunted down and fixed — 500s, white screens, redirect loops, broken pages.

Covers one specific error or broken behavior on one site. Diagnosis, the fix, and a plain-English note on what happened. If we can't fix it, you get a full refund.

Questions we hear a lot.

My blocks all say 'invalid' after an update. Is my content gone?

No — 'invalid block' means the editor's expectation and the saved markup fell out of step, not that content vanished. The version handshake gets resynced and the markup recovered or regenerated; revisions back you up throughout. It looks catastrophic and repairs routinely.

I changed a global color and half the site ignored it. Why?

Two usual reasons: a delivery cache serving stale generated styles, or elements that were set to custom colors instead of the global — so they never listened to the palette. We fix the cache and re-link the strays, and one-change-flows-everywhere works again.

Kadence free or Pro — does it matter for repair?

Only in surface area: Pro adds elements and hooks that can also misbehave. The method is identical, and an expired Pro license blocking updates is itself a common root cause we untangle as part of the job.

What does Kadence repair cost?

Most single-fault repairs land at the $229 flat fix. Multi-system rescues get a flat written quote after the same-day look — and the same-week norm holds for nearly all of them.

Straightened out, same week.

Tell us which system misbehaves — header, globals, blocks. Same-day look, native-grammar repair, flat quote first.
