Education & Training web design agency
A training program's website should know when the next class starts.
Our read is that prospective students ask the same few things: when, how long, how much, and what do I walk away with. We build program sites that answer on the page and take the registration, so the teacher can go back to teaching.

A school is a calendar with a cash register attached.
Our read of most training businesses: the person teaching the class is also the registrar, the bookkeeper and the help desk, and all three jobs run out of one inbox. Every reply about a start date is an hour that doesn't get taught. A site can take most of that off the desk, if it's built around sessions and seats rather than around a nice picture of a classroom.
The proof we'd point to is Jin Shin Jyutsu Inc., the official home of a practice taught around the world. It registers students into classes across continents, keeps a searchable directory of certified practitioners and runs a store, all on one database. We built it and we maintain it. Nobody admires that database at parties. It has to stay right anyway.
We didn't test schools as a group of their own. Across the 487 Phoenix-area business sites we did test, 8% offer online booking on the homepage, and on 49% a phone link is the only way in from the homepage. A student deciding at 10 p.m. can't enroll through a phone link. If you'd like to see what's in the way on your own site, run the website health check, then look at the prices. They're published, so you can see them before you call.
What we build against
- Registration that lives in an email thread and a teacher's memory.
- Program pages with no start date, so every interested student has to write and ask.
- Recordings sent as links that get forwarded to people who never paid.
- Refund and transfer terms that show up only after the card has gone through.
- An employer who wants six seats and an invoice, and a site with no way to ask.
Inside a education & training website
One template. Every program.
Treat each program as a product with a fixed set of facts: who it's for, what's taught by module or week, the format, the next start dates, the instructor, the tuition and what the student has at the end. The order never changes from program to program, so a reader can compare two without hunting. Writing these is part of every package, and we'd work from your syllabus. The same pages are what search work has to go on, though we can't promise where they'll rank.
The path from there is short: pick a session, register, pay, and get a confirmation with what's needed for day one. Online booking is in every package and suits a teacher with a simple calendar. Taking payment for a catalog of classes is priced like an online store, from $2,500. Seats, waitlists and a student login are custom work, from $575, with the price depending on complexity. Email handles the reminders and the news of the next session.
If your program leads to a license or a certificate, some questions aren't ours to answer: what you may claim about it, whether a state agency has a say over your school, how refund terms have to read, or what student records call for. Those are for your counsel or your licensing agency. We publish what they clear. We'd caption the videos and label the forms because students use them, and we won't tell you any of that makes the site legally compliant.
The pages a training site needs
Program catalog
Every program in one place, sortable by format, level and next start date.
Program page
One template, same order, so nobody has to learn your site twice.
Upcoming sessions
Dates across all programs with a register button on each, for the student who chooses by Saturday rather than by subject.
Instructor pages
What each teacher has done in the field and in the classroom. We'd expect adults to want to know who's at the front of the room.
Tuition, plans and refunds
What it costs, how to split it, and when the money comes back, readable before anyone pays.
Group and employer training
For a company sending staff: private cohorts, invoicing and a form that goes to the right person.
What takes the admin off the teacher's desk
Registration that counts seats
Registration closes when a session fills, and past dates fall off the page without anyone remembering to remove them. That's custom work, quoted in writing.
Booking for one teacher
Online booking comes with every package. Coach T's Hit Lab is the example we'd show a small operation: players and parents book lessons and clinics online, and the roster lives in one place in place of a phone full of texts.
Recordings and materials behind a login
Replays and handouts reach the students who registered. We'd expect fewer forwarded links, though nothing stops a determined cousin. It's an add-on to the site, quoted separately.
A directory, if you certify people
A searchable list of graduates or practitioners that your staff can keep current. We built one for a worldwide practice, against the same database as its class registration. It's custom work, quoted in writing.
Employer seats and invoices
A block of seats, one invoice and names assigned later. If you already keep records in a system with an API, the integration in your package may cover the connection. The seats and invoicing are custom work, quoted in writing.
What we'd fix before the next enrollment
- The word "accredited" or "recognized" next to a certificate with no name beside it. Say who, and check with your counsel first.
- A new page for every session, leaving a trail of dead dates and a search history split across dozens of addresses.
- A program page that says everything about the mission and nothing about the Tuesday it begins.
- Payment taken first, with the refund terms arriving by email afterward.
Why a teaching business hires us
We've run registration across continents
We built and maintain the Jin Shin Jyutsu Inc. platform: classes, a practitioner directory and a store on one database. That's most of what a school asks a website to do.
We build for whoever does the admin
The test is whether the person answering emails gets fewer of them. Good typography is welcome, and it won't move a roster.
You can start with one class
A single teacher doesn't need the machinery a worldwide practice does. We'd scope for the classes you have and quote the rest when you need it.
Education & Training work, live right now.
The full portfolioThey helped us turn a loose idea into a working digital product — asked sharp questions, found the hidden workflow problems, and built a system our staff could use without a long training curve.
They made the technical side feel clear.
We talked about goals first — then platforms, content, search, and automation.
Questions we hear a lot.
What does a training or school website cost?
Fixed prices by page count: $1,500 for up to 10 pages, $2,250 for 11 to 20, $3,750 for 21 to 50 and $5,750 for 51 to 70. A page per program adds up, so count your programs first. Every package includes SEO, design, content writing, content management, lead form capture, online booking, one custom third-party API integration and a year of support. Paid registration across a catalog is priced like an online store, from $2,500, and student logins are custom work, from $575, depending on complexity. There's 0% financing with 25% down, up to 12 months on any project, and financed projects are hosted on the DataCram platform for the length of the plan. See pricing.
Can students register and pay in one go?
Yes, that's what a paid registration build is for. A class is set up as a product, the student pays on registration and the confirmation goes out. Jin Shin Jyutsu Inc. registers students into classes around the world, with PayPal checkout on the same platform.
We're one teacher. Is this overkill?
It can be. If a calendar and a form will do, the online booking in your package may be all you need, and we'd say so. Coach T's Hit Lab runs on that idea at a larger size. We'd rather quote you the small job than sell you a registrar you don't need.
Should past sessions stay on the site?
Keep the program page permanent and let the dates come and go beneath it. We'd expect that to serve you better in search than a new page per session, and it leaves no dead pages for a student to land on.
Should we publish the full curriculum?
We think so, at the level of modules or weeks, with what a student can do after each. In our opinion, detail is what sells a course to an adult paying their own way. The actual lessons stay behind the login.
Can you tell us what licensing or student-privacy rules apply to our site?
No. That's for your counsel or your state licensing agency. We give no legal or compliance advice, and we don't describe any site as compliant with anything. Tell us what they want on the page, and that's what goes up.
How fast can we be taking registrations?
Build starts within 24 hours of your go-ahead and most sites go live in 7 to 10 days. Custom registration may take longer, and we'd say so in the written quote. If enrollment is coming up, tell us when, and we'd build the pages that take registrations first. If your old form is what's broken, that's a quicker fix.
