Pest Control web design agency
Build your pest control site around the thing on the kitchen floor.
Someone has just met a scorpion and would like it to be your problem. We build pest control sites with a page for each pest, a plan comparison that answers the re-service question, and a way to book after the office closes.

From our Phoenix-area website tests. A small group can swing on a few sites.
One visit answers the scare. The plan keeps the house.
A pest control site has two sales to make, and they happen months apart. The first is urgent: a scorpion, a swarm, something in the attic at night. The second is calm: a recurring plan, signed by someone who'd rather not repeat the experience. Our read is that one page can't make both sales.
So we split them. Each pest gets a page written for the search we'd expect someone to type with the thing still in view, and your Google profile can point to the same place. The plan gets its own page, which waits for the customer to calm down.
Of the 47 home-service sites we tested around Phoenix, a broad group that isn't pest control alone, 91% have a tap-to-call link on the homepage and 13% offer online booking there. Calling is covered. Booking is the open ground. If your office closes at five and your scorpions don't, that's where we'd start. Online booking comes with every package, and an AI receptionist can pick up the call the office can't.
What we build against
- A single services page asked to speak for ants, termites and roof rats all at once.
- One-time sprays that never become a plan, since the plan page is a price and a phone number.
- An after-hours caller who reaches voicemail with an unidentified bug in a jar.
- Agents and escrow officers with a closing date and no obvious way to order a termite report.
- Treatment pages whose safety language nobody has held up against the label.
Inside a pest control website
Write for a phone in one hand and a shoe in the other.
Show a photo sharp enough to settle the argument. Say how the thing got inside, what your technician will do about it and how many trips that takes. Then say what to move before the truck arrives. Repeat for every pest you'd like more calls about, and let your ad landing pages borrow the same structure when a season turns.
Treatment wording is where we slow down. What you may say about a product, its safety or a re-entry time is a question for the label, your licensing board and your counsel, and we won't answer it for you. We'd draft plain copy about the work, flag each sentence that makes a claim and publish what they approve. A worried parent should reach a person at your company, and your license holder decides what that person says. An adjective can't take that call.
The plan page earns its keep after the first visit. Put plans side by side: pests covered, how often you come, what happens if they return between visits. If you run ServiceTitan, we can connect online booking and agreement reminders to it. The traffic side is on the pest control marketing page.
One page per pest, then the plan
Scorpions
Sightings, entry points and your honest view of what a visit can and can't do. Sell the door sweeps too.
Termite inspection and treatment
How an inspection runs, the treatment types you offer, your retreat terms and how to order a report for a home sale.
Rodent exclusion
Sealing versus trapping, attic cleanup, follow-up trips. We'd expect many owners not to know sealing is on the menu, so bring it up.
Bees and wasps
Short, urgent, phone number on top. Safety wording from your license holder, then whether you remove or relocate.
Plan comparison
Visit frequency, covered pests, re-service terms and the price if you publish one. This is the page meant to turn a scare into an account.
Pest identification gallery
Sharp local photos, each tied to its treatment page. A reader who came to settle a dispute leaves with a next step.
Before and after your visit
Pets, food and re-entry, as your label and license allow. Printable, so the office answers the question once.
What keeps the truck from a wasted trip
Send us a photo
A photo field on the request form lets the office name the pest before anyone rolls. Lead form capture comes with every package, and we quote custom fields in writing.
The re-service line, in the table
Put the answer in the plan comparison where it can be read. It's the first line we'd try moving in conversion work, since our read is that a plan buyer is mostly buying what happens next time.
A report order form for agents
Address, closing date, who pays. Keep it out of the homeowner queue. We'd expect people on the real estate side of a sale to care mostly about the date.
Booking without a third-party widget
We built same-day slot booking into Bleuwave Handyman with no outside booking tool. Your calendar has different rules, and the same approach applies.
A nudge the day before
A short message about gates and pets can spare a return trip. Automation can send it from the schedule you already keep. Who may be messaged, and with what consent, is a question for your counsel.
What we'd pull off a pest control site first
- Absolute safety words on a treatment page, posted before anyone checked the label or asked counsel.
- Photos so blurred or generic that a beetle and a roach could share them.
- A plan page silent on what happens when the ants return in week six.
- A same-day promise the July schedule can't honor.
Why a pest control company might call us
A page per pest is a lot of pages
Content writing comes with every website, and page count sets the price. You can count your pests and see the number before anyone starts.
Your busy hours aren't office hours
Online booking is standard here. If you want after-hours calls answered, we can add an AI receptionist, and you'd talk to the developer who set it up.
We flag claims and don't write the rules
We'd mark each product or safety statement for your license holder or counsel to approve. We won't tell you what's allowed, and you shouldn't take it from a web developer.

Questions we hear a lot.
What does a pest control website cost?
Count your pests. The seven pages above plus a home page, an about page and a contact page make 10, which is the $1,500 tier. A few more pests puts you at 11 to 20 pages for $2,250. A page per city can reach 21 to 50 for $3,750, and 51 to 70 is $5,750. Each includes SEO, design, content writing, content management, lead form capture, online booking, one custom third-party API integration and a year of support. See the pricing page.
How many pest pages do we need at the start?
One for each pest you treat often and want more of. Skip the ones you only do when asked. You can launch with the pests that pay the bills and add the rest as your search work shows where the interest is.
Can you write that our treatments are safe for kids and pets?
We can write what a visit involves. Any safety statement goes to your label, your licensing board and your counsel, and we publish the wording they approve. If a customer has a specific worry, we'd point them to a person at your company and not a sentence on a page.
Can someone book at 10 p.m.?
Yes. Online booking comes with every package, so a visit request can land after hours. For phone calls, an AI receptionist can answer and hand the hard ones to a person. What the system offers depends on your schedule and how you run dispatch.
How do we get real estate agents to order reports from us?
Give them their own form and a page that says how to use it. What a report has to contain is a question for your licensing board. We just make ordering it easy, and our real estate page shows how we think about that audience.
Can the site move one-time customers onto a plan?
It can make the offer at the right time. We'd put the plan on the confirmation page and follow up with email after the visit. Whether they sign is up to them, your price and whether the ants came back.
How fast can it go live, and what about season?
Most sites go live in 7 to 10 days, and build starts within 24 hours of your go-ahead. If a season is close, say so, and we'll put the pest you expect it to bring at the front of the line.
Do you also run ads for pest control?
We can. Google Ads, SEO and local marketing start from $575 a month. The price depends on complexity, setup and budget, and you pay ad spend to the platform directly. Judge us by the work in our portfolio.
