Working with Seattle, WA businesses

Seattle's customers expect software to just work.

A city built around cloud and commerce has trained everyone in it to abandon anything that stutters, and to notice when something is well made.

We work with Seattle businesses remotely. There is no office here and we are not going to pretend there is — the developer is in San Antonio, and what you get is their direct line rather than an account manager in your zip code. Clients in Bellevue, Tacoma, Everett and the surrounding area work the same way.

What makes Seattle different.

Seattle's economy sits on cloud infrastructure and large-scale commerce, which means both the B2B buyers and the consumers here have unusually high baseline expectations for reliability and polish. A slow checkout or a form that fails silently is not forgiven as a small business quirk — it reads as incompetence. The upside is that quality is genuinely noticed and rewarded in a way it is not everywhere.

What we see in this market

  • B2B services orbiting cloud, logistics, and enterprise technology.
  • Retail and eCommerce competing against the highest bar in the industry.
  • Outdoor, food, and lifestyle brands selling to a discerning regional audience.

The part we didn’t write

Clients say it better than we do.

What clients say — in their words

Casey, the owner and developer, took the project and ran with it 100%. I gave him specific direction and he went well above the call of duty. Five star service all the way!
Client review
Wow! Casey rocked! The process was so easy, I told Casey what I wanted and he built it. My go-to with my online business, which has grown exponentially since working together.
Client review
First class all the way! From the prompt communication, being available seven days a week, to the nuts and bolts of getting our project completed on time and on budget — I highly recommend!
Client review
Simply amazing! They took our outdated website and transformed it into a modern, user-friendly platform that truly represents our brand.
Client review
They get it done. We had no idea where to start; they explained the build process and were patient with our many questions. All expectations and timelines were met. Double thumbs up!
Client review
Instrumental in driving our company growth through expert management of our Google and Microsoft Ads.
Client review
They helped us turn a loose idea into a working digital product — asked sharp questions, found the hidden workflow problems, and built a system our staff could use without a long training curve.
Client review
What stood out was the balance of design and operations. The site looked polished, but the real win was behind the scenes: better forms, cleaner handoffs, stronger tracking, fewer manual steps.
Client review
They made the technical side feel clear. We talked about goals first — then platforms, content, search, and automation.

Tell us what you need in Seattle.

A new site, a rebuild, an application, or something broken that needs fixing today. You will get a straight answer and a flat number — from the developer, not a salesperson.

Prefer to talk? (480) 525-7582. Something already broken? Flat-priced repairs start at $229.

What are we quoting?
Answered by the developer within one business day. No drip sequence.

Questions we hear a lot.

Do you build things that are maintainable?

That is the standard we hold ourselves to, because we still operate several of our own products. Anything we would not want to maintain in three years we do not ship.

Can you handle high-traffic launches?

Yes — the infrastructure scales, and load behavior is tested before launch rather than discovered during it.

Does the time zone matter?

Two hours behind us, which mostly means your morning is our midday. In practice it has never been the constraint clients expect.

Same remote arrangement, same developer, whichever of these you are in.
