Plumbing web design agency
A plumbing site has to serve the flood and the planner.
One visitor has water on the floor. The other is comparing water heaters on a Sunday. We build plumbing sites with a door for each, at a published price, and the developer who quotes the site is the one who builds it.

What we measured
47 independent Phoenix-area home-service trades, tested on a simulated phone. Homepages only, totals only, and no business is named.
66median mobile speed score, of 100

13%offer online booking on the homepage
43%show a phone link and no form or booking
From our Phoenix-area website tests. A small group can swing on a few sites.
Two customers land on one page and want opposite things.
The first has water on the kitchen floor and one free hand. She wants a phone number in large type and nothing else. The second has an aging water heater and a quiet evening. He wants to read about tankless, learn what a swap involves, and decide without a stranger on the line. In our view, a homepage built for only one of them turns the other away.
91% of the home-service sites we tested show a tap-to-call link on the homepage. Good. That handles the first customer. But 43% offer the phone link with no form and no booking, so the man reading at 9 p.m. has nobody to reach and no place to leave a note. Our read is that he tries the next name, and his repipe goes with him. That group covers the home-service trades, not plumbers alone, so check your own homepage before you take it personally.
The answer is an arrangement of pages, and we have built it. Bleuwave Plumbing routes emergencies apart from scheduled work across 60-plus residential and commercial service pages. We hand-code these sites at prices we publish. Fifteen minutes on the phone should tell you which tier your shop needs.
What we build against
- The emergency caller and the repipe shopper get one page, and it fits neither.
- A phone-only homepage has nothing for the person reading after the office closes.
- A slab leak gets one bullet on the Services page and no explanation of the bill to come.
- The office retypes web requests into dispatch while the other line rings.
- Nobody can say whether the water heater page has ever paid for itself.
Inside a plumbing website
Planned work is won on the page, before anyone dials.
Emergency pages should be short. That is the easy half. The harder half is the work a homeowner has time to think about. We'd expect someone pricing a repipe to want PEX against copper, how long the water stays off, and who patches the drywall. Answer those on the page and the caller may arrive half decided, with fewer questions and a better idea of the bill.
We write those pages, because content writing comes with every package. You correct the plumbing. We fix the sentences. We'd want you to read it before it goes live. If you want a model of how far plain explanation can carry a plumbing business, Precision Leak Detection built its site around a four-step method and a written report, and it says outright that it locates leaks and does not sell the repair.
Speed counts most in a dark laundry room. The median home-service site we tested took 6.2 seconds to show its main content on the homepage, on a simulated phone. That is a long time to hold a towel. If your site is sound and only slow, you may not need us to rebuild anything. Start with what slows a site down.
The pages a plumbing shop has to earn its living with
Emergency plumbing
One job, which is a call. A short page, the number repeated, where the main shutoff usually sits, and your after-hours terms in plain words.
Water heater replacement
Tank or tankless, who makes what you put in, and how the swap goes if it can happen the same day. This reader has time and will use it.
Slab leak detection
Warm spots on the tile, how you find the leak, and when you reroute instead of opening the floor. A frightening bill goes down easier once it is explained.
Whole-house repipe
Materials, days without water, and who fixes the walls. A check that size deserves more than a paragraph.
Drains and sewer camera
Snake, jet or camera, and what you will show the homeowner on the screen. A picture of a root in the line makes its own argument.
One page per town
Only towns you drive to, each with something true about it: age of the houses, pipe in the walls, the calls you get there.
What the site does while the trucks are out
Two doors on the first screen
A strip that dials on tap, and a calmer button for scheduled work. Make them large, because wet thumbs miss. In our Phoenix-area sample, 21% of homepages failed the check for tap targets that are too small or too close together. Fixing that on an existing site is one of our smaller mobile repairs.
A written-quote estimator
The Bleuwave Plumbing build takes the job, the address and the service in one pass, and answers in writing. An estimate tool connected to ServiceTitan can show a range and pass the answers to the office of a shop that runs on it.
Booking that reaches dispatch
Online booking comes with every package, and so does one custom API integration. ServiceTitan can be that one, so requests reach the office to confirm without anybody typing them in twice.
Calls traced to pages
Call and form tracking can tie a booked job to the page that started it. Then the argument about the repipe page has evidence on one side.
Someone awake at 3 a.m.
An AI receptionist can answer after hours, say that it is AI, take the address and the trouble, and hand a burst line to whoever holds the on-call phone.
How plumbing sites send the job down the street
- A hero slideshow that shoves the phone number below the first screen, on the very device an emergency caller is holding.
- A single Services page with every job as a bullet. The person with a slab leak finds the words slab leak and nothing after them.
- Town pages that differ by one word. We'd expect readers to notice, and we doubt search engines admire it either.
- Financing pitched on the drain-cleaning page, where a small job starts to feel like a sales call.
Why a plumbing shop calls us instead of buying a template
We have built this split, twice
We built Bleuwave Plumbing and Precision Leak Detection, and both are live. One keeps emergencies apart from scheduled work. The other gives residential, commercial and emergency work separate doors and sells a method and a written report. You can open them before you call.
A catalog that grows stays arithmetic
Plumbing sites grow one service at a time. Our price goes by page count, in the open, so adding a sewer section is a matter of counting and not of negotiating.
The site can talk to dispatch
An office retyping web forms into ServiceTitan is paying someone to transcribe. We connect the two through its official API, and the person who wired it is the person you call when something changes.
Plumbing work, live right now.
The full portfolioFirst class all the way!
From the prompt communication, being available seven days a week, to the nuts and bolts of getting our project completed on time and on budget — I highly recommend!
What stood out was the balance of design and operations.
The site looked polished, but the real win was behind the scenes: better forms, cleaner handoffs, stronger tracking, fewer manual steps.
Questions we hear a lot.
What does a plumbing website cost?
Fixed prices by page count: $1,500 for up to 10 pages, $2,250 for 11 to 20, $3,750 for 21 to 50, and $5,750 for 51 to 70. An emergency page, five planned-work pages and a handful of towns fits the first tier or the second. Past 70 is quoted. All four include SEO, design, content writing, content management, lead forms, online booking, one custom API integration and a year of support. The full list is on the pricing page.
Do burst pipes and water heaters really need separate pages?
We think so. The person with the burst pipe should meet a phone number and almost nothing else. The person shopping water heaters needs photos, details and a booking button. Put both on one page and each has to read past the other. Where a site loses its leads covers the wider problem.
How many town pages does a plumber need?
As many as you drive to and can say something true about. If you can't fill a paragraph on a town, leave it in the service-area list and put the money elsewhere. Our Phoenix report shows the kind of local detail that makes a page worth reading.
Will online booking double-book my techs?
It can, if it promises times it can't see. Our default is a request your office confirms, so nobody is promised a slot that isn't there. On ServiceTitan, a booking request waits for your office to book it or dismiss it. Confirmed slots are a bigger job, and we'd look at your setup first.
How soon can a plumbing site be live?
Build starts within 24 hours of your go-ahead, and most sites go live in 7 to 10 days. A 60-page catalog is a longer conversation, and we will have it on the first call. Tell us what is coming and we can start with the emergency page and the water heater page.
My site still gets calls. How would I know if something is broken?
You might not. Emergencies keep the phone ringing, so a dead contact form can sit for months without anyone noticing, which is the leak nobody reports. Send yourself a test request tonight. If it never arrives, an Error Fix is $149, and it covers broken forms.
Do you run ads and SEO for plumbers too?
Yes. SEO, local marketing and PPC start from $575 a month. Pricing depends on complexity, setup and budget, and ad spend goes to the ad platform directly. We don't promise rankings or call counts. The plumbing marketing page has the plan, and this piece on monsoon ads covers the timing.
